Julian is passionate about holding space for people and organizations to realize their potential, safely feel the discomfort that change brings, and then move through the growth process. Julian cares deeply about helping clients find their true north and take the journey towards it, no matter how difficult.
With 10+ years of experience in coaching, facilitation, training, leadership, and organizational effectiveness and change, Julian has worked with leaders in the federal government, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors to strengthen their communication skills, bring forth their authentic leadership style, bolster their coaching skills, and deepen their presence. Julian coaches 1:1 and facilitates and coaches groups around leadership development topics ranging from communication to personal branding to workability, focus, and time management. He enjoys helping managers become leaders and then watching them influence the world.
Julian earned his B.A. in Communication and Political Science from Western Washington University, his Master’s in Public Administration – Management Consulting from American University in Washington, DC, and his Professional Coaching Certification from Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Julian is an ICF Certified Coach and holds graduate certificates in Public Management and Leadership for Organizational Change. Julian lives in Seattle with his wife and son and when he is not working, spousing, or fathering, can be found pedaling his mountain bike in the woods.
