Over the past two decades, Tracy has coached groups and individuals ranging from C-suite to front-line employees, helping them discover innovative solutions to challenging situations. 
 
Tracy is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a M.Ed. in Adult Learning and Leadership and an Ed.D. in Organizational Development from the University of Arkansas. She lives in Pocatello, ID. You will find her on the lake or by the pool when all the chores are done.
