Jeana (she/her) came to leadership and performance coaching and consulting after spending 25 years in progressively larger and more complex human resources, organizational and leadership development, and diversity and inclusion roles, primarily at the Fortune 50 company, Intel Corporation.

Jeana is known for facilitating increased awareness in her clients which, in turn, expands their leadership capacity and capability. She is someone leaders and organizations seek out to be a trusted thought partner on topics related to business strategy, communication, collaboration, executive presence, change management, and inclusion and mattering. When you work with Jeana, expect her to be immediately approachable, an exquisite listener and facilitator, someone who can quickly contextualize issues, and someone who brings both backbone and heart to any topic.

Jeana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota and a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is ICF-certified with more than 650 hours of completed coaching. She holds a diversity/equity/inclusion/belonging certification from Stanford University and an advanced certification as a neuroscience-informed coach from BeAbove Leadership. She is also certified in around a dozen leadership, team, and organization assessments.
